• Corrections. If a lesson contains a wrong move, an illegal position or a factual error, tell us the page and the diagram or paragraph. We fix confirmed mistakes quickly.
• Bugs. If the board, the computer opponent, puzzles or the analysis board misbehave, tell us your browser and device and, if you can, the moves or puzzle where it happened.
• Feedback and lesson ideas. Tell us what you would like explained next.
• Clubs, coaches and schools. You are welcome to use the site with students. Get in touch if you would like to work together.
• Privacy requests. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, see our privacy policy and email us; we answer within 30 days.
